I feel the master thesis produced by Niklas is a prime example of outstanding research at this level. It combines a thorough overview of cognitive science and psychological theories, combines the testing of 2 (very) different agent platforms for use in realtime simulation systems and couples the model with an extensive dataset on physio-psychological phenomena. Needless to see his supervisor at FOI realized this and were pleased with the research, resulting in a job as researcher at FOI. Niklas' work forms the base for a highly interseting project on the development of synthetic fighter pilots which will enable the airforce to have a higher quality of training at a substantial lower cost.
