Hereby I would like to nominate the Master's thesis of Mikael Asker, entitled "Logical Reasoning with Temporal Constraints" to the best thesis award of SAIS. The thesis has been defended in August 2003. It is definitely the best thesis I have supervised during the last couple of years and I suppose that it deserves considering for the prize. The contents deals with resource-limited reasoning. A part of the thesis has been presented as the accepted paper at SCAI 03 in Bergen in November.
